The Wellness Retroactive/Transfer Credit Request Form should be filled out to request a retroactive/transfer credit for fulfillment of their WE Credit requirement. To register for a current PE or SPEC course (after add/drop), please contact Heidi.L.Bushway@dartmouth.edu. To register for a current WE course (after add/drop), please contact Serena.F.Creary@dartmouth.edu.

Dartmouth-sponsored* events, classes, or courses are eligible to receive retroactive credit, including courses that were not offered for WE/PE credit until recently and WE/PE courses you did not pass if you attended and/or participated in a substantial amount of sessions.

The following Dartmouth-sponsored activities/courses are ineligible for WE/PE credit:

• Intramural sports
• Non-leadership participation in First Year Trips**
• Courses that were put on probation (if seeking credit for the probationary term in question)
• Student-instructed courses during any term(s) where the course was not offered for WE/PE credit or terms without faculty/staff sponsorship. Retroactive credit may be considered for terms in which a course was not offered for WE/PE credit, contingent upon corroboration of participation by the faculty/staff sponsor and accurate attendance records.

*NOTE: Except for transfer credits, all other events, classes, or courses not sponsored by or hosted through Dartmouth are ineligible to receive retroactive credit. Transfer credits can only be utilized as a final resort and will not satisfy the graduation requirement in place of current or future registration in a WE/PE course. Past, current, and future transfer credits are eligible to receive credit at the discretion of the committee. Please specify the institution providing the transfer credit and a description of the course/experience. Transfer credits must come from an accredited academic institution. All other transfer credits are ineligible.

**NOTE: First Year Trip Leadership positions include Director, Directorate, Trip Leader, Croo Leader, and Croo Member. Participation in one or more of these positions is eligible for retroactive credit.
